Shipping policy

I’ve placed my order. When can I expect delivery?
We aim to deliver your orders within 2 to 4 business days for Metro Manila addresses; 4 to 7 business days for the rest of the Philippines.
Orders are delivered between 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays. If you haven't received your order within this period, you can contact us at hello@manage.profiles.piecemakerdesign.com.

How much are your shipping fees?
Shipping fees are computed based on the size of your order and delivery destination. You’ll find the actual fee when you checkout and before you proceed to payment.

Our shipping rates are as follows:
For Metro Manila:

  • ₱80.00 up to 0kg–3kgs
  • ₱100.00 up to 3.01kgs–5kgs
  • ₱120.00 up to 5.01kgs–10kgs
  • ₱400.00 up to 10.01kgs–20kgs
  • Anything above 2kgs could be quoted separately because of partner courier's box requirement
For Provincial addresses:
  • Additional amounts are invoiced separately.
  • Anything above 2kgs could be quoted separately because of partner courier's box requirement
  • For Luzon:
    • ₱140.00 up to 0kg–3kgs
    • ₱170.00 up to 3.01kgs–5kgs
    • ₱220.00 up to 5.01kgs–10kgs
    • ₱500.00 up to 10.01kgs–20kgs
  • For Visayas:
    • ₱160.00 up to 0kg–3kgs
    • ₱190.00 up to 3.01kgs–5kgs
    • ₱240.00 up to 5.01kgs–10kgs
    • ₱500.00 up to 10.01kgs–20kgs
  • For Mindanao:
    • ₱180.00 up to 0kg–3kgs
    • ₱210.00 up to 3.01kgs–5kgs
    • ₱260.00 up to 5.01kgs–10kgs
    • ₱600.00 up to 10.01kgs–20kgs

What if I change my mind? Do you have a Return Policy?
New and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used. Unless there was an error on our side, shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

I’ve received a damaged item. What should I do?
Damaged items may be requested to be exchanged at no cost to the purchaser. Kindly send us an email with images showing the damaged products at hello@manage.profiles.piecemakerdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

What happens after I email you for a Request for Return and Exchange?
The items will undergo a verification process if they qualify for an exchange or refund. All qualified items will be replaced and be delivered within 7 days from confirmation.
