What if I change my mind? Do you have a Return Policy?
New and unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used. Unless there was an error on our side, shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

I’ve received a damaged item. What should I do?
Damaged items may be requested to be exchanged at no cost to the purchaser. Kindly send us an email with images showing the damaged products at hello@manage.profiles.piecemakerdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

What happens after I email you for a Request for Return and Exchange?
The items will undergo a verification process if they qualify for an exchange or refund. All qualified items will be replaced and be delivered within 7 days from confirmation.

I just had a change of heart; can I still exchange an item I bought for another product?
We understand that sometimes we do change our minds. We accept one-time as long as the original item is returned to us in its original condition within 7 days from the time you received it. Just make sure to choose a replacement item that is at least equal in value to the original purchase.

If the replacement item’s value is higher, we’ll simply charge you with the difference. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

All items are returnable.

Do I get a refund if I return an item?
Returns for refund are valid only if the products delivered to you are considered defective, damaged or significantly different from the item you ordered.We also do not extend refunds for items bought on sale, but we’ll happily send you a replacement item for those you report to be mishandled, damaged or defective upon receipt. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please bear in mind that all returned items will be verified first if they qualify for an exchange or refund.

What happens when I return an item?
All returned items will undergo a verification process to confirm if they qualify for an exchange or refund, so make sure you send them back to us in their original condition along with the packaging, tags and other inclusions.
1) If you’re opting for an exchange, replacement items will be delivered to you within 7 days upon verification and payment, if applicable.
2) Should the item be no longer available, you will be refunded in full within 14 days from confirmation.
3) All other qualified refunds will be processed within 14 days from confirmation.
We’ll make sure to notify you via email and / or phone when the replacement item has been shipped or the refund payment has been deposited.

I was told I’d get a refund, why hasn’t arrived yet?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or your payment gateway (i.e. Paypal), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
